Easy and delicious Garlic Bread that's a perfect accompaniment with any pasta dish.
Makes 8 Slices - Approx. 96 KCal Per Slice
Ingredients (Makes 8 Slices – Approx. 96 Kcal Per Slice)
1 Cup Self-Raising Flour
½ Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic Granules
1 Tsp Granulated Sweetener (or ½ Tsp Caster Sugar)
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
½ Cup Greek Yoghurt (or Low Fat Natural Yoghurt)
2 Tbsp Butter
4 Garlic Cloves (Crushed/Grated)
½ Tsp Dried Basil
Method
Pre-Heat the oven to 190c (375f)
In a Large mixing bowl, Combine the Flour, Salt, Sweetener, Parsley, Garlic Granules & 2 Grated Garlic Cloves.
Add the Yoghurt and combine to form a dough with your hands.
Sprinkle a little bit of Flour on the work surface and roll out the dough into a Pizza Shape, about 10” in Diameter & 0.5cm thick. (It will rise slightly in the oven)
In a Bowl, Mix 2 Tbps Butter with 2 Grated Garlic Cloves and spread evenly over the top of your dough, then sprinkle on the Dried Basil.
Place on a sheet of baking paper in the middle shelf of the oven for 14-17 Mins.
Slice into 8 triangles and Enjoy.
