1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
1 Cup Greek Yoghurt (Or Low Fat Natural Yoghurt)
1 Tbsp Butter (Melted)
Method
Mix the Flour, Salt, Sweetener & Parsley together in a large mixing bowl.
Add the Yoghurt and combine to form a dough with your hands.
Separate the dough into 8 smaller balls.
Sprinkle a little bit of Flour on the work surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 0.3cm thick.
Place the dough in a Frying Pan/Skillet or Crepe pan on Medium-High Heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Brush a little melted butter on the top and serve.
Fancy a Garlic Naan? Just add 1 Tsp Garlic Paste when mixing the dough, or replace the Sea Salt with Garlic Salt.
Want a little Kick? Just add a Tsp or 2 of Chilli Flakes when mixing the dough
Tip: If the dough is too sticky, add a little extra flour in small amounts.
I wondered how you made the naans. Will be giving those a go 👍
