Delicious succulent Pink and moist Beef Joint perfect for that family Sunday dinner or weekend get together, tastes amazing served with Carrots, Mash, and Roast potatoes with a dash of thick Gravy.

Ingredients
1 Kg - 1.2 Kg Beef Roasting Joint (I use 30 Day Matured Aberdeen Angus Beef)
Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Air Fryer Friendly Cooking Oil
Method For Medium Rare Cook (Serves 4)
Air Fry at 210° for 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes to ear each side.
Set Air Fryer to Roast at 180° and roast for 30 minutes.
Remove from the Air Fryer, wrap in Foil and leave to rest for 25-30 Minutes.
Carve and Serve with your favourite seasonal Veg.
