Deliciously sweet and minty Raita sauce, perfect with my Onion Bhajis and alongside my Beef Masala or Tandoori Chicken Masala.
Makes Approx. 150ml - Approx. 125 KCal Total
Ingredients
6” Cucumber
150g Greek Yoghurt
1 Tsp Dried Chopped Mint
2-3 Tsp Mint Sauce
Method (Makes Approx. 1 x 150ml Portion - Approx. 125 KCal Total)
Peel the Cucumber and grate into a Bowl
Squeeze the remaining juice out of the grated cucumber into the Bowl.
Pass Cucumber Juice through a Sieve into a separate bowl.
Add the Yoghurt, Dried Mint & Mint Sauce to the Cucumber Juice
Mix Well & Serve
Tip: Perfect with my Onion Bhajis and alongside my Beef Masala or Tandoori Chicken Masala.
