Lamb chops marinated in a rich fiery sauce, creating a succulent and tender mouthwatering Chop, perfect accompaniment to any Indian Dish, or as a Main with Keema Rice.
Serves 4

Ingredients (Serves 4)
8 Lamb Chops (Approx 100g each)
2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
3 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Brown Sauce (HP Works Best)
40ml Lime Juice
30ml Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Ground Coriander
Pinch Ground Cloves
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
¼ Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
½ Tsp Sea Salt

Method
In a Blender, combine the Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Brown Sauce, Lime Juice, Vegetable Oil, Cumin, Ground Coriander, Ground Cloves, Garam Masala, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper & Sea Salt.
Blend into a smooth marinade paste.
In A shallow dish/tub, add the Lamb Chops and coat in the marinade.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 Hours (I prefer to leave mine around 24 hours).
Once you are ready to cook the Lamb Chops, heat a Skillet over a Medium-High Heat and grill each Lamb Chop for 3-4 Minutes each side.
Leave to rest for 3-4 minutes and serve
Note: These Lamb Chops go great as a side to any Indian Dish, or as a Main Dish with some Basmati, Pilau or Keema Rice.
